The venue is conveniently located right next to a car park, which was really handy. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I really enjoyed having breakfast at the café.

Everything was fine, this hotel had nice staff and PARTICULARLY GOOD location. My double room had central heating, a multi-channel television and a writing desk. The property suited the needs.

nothing to complain about, the venue met requests, would be happy to recommend it. everything was fine at this hotel, very very helpful and competent staff. the room was comfy and wonderful, included central heating, a multi-channel television and a writing desk. the location of the venue was handy - not too far away from medieval ruins. restaurants and cafés were close to the place. the food was fab, gorgeous.

We think it's a fine base for staying in Coventry. the breakfast is served in the restaurant! . Every staff member is affable and lovely and strives to meet your needs. Every time we visit Coventry, we always choose to stay at Gulson Estates B&B. It’s a great place to base yourself while in Coventry. One of the best parts is enjoying breakfast at the restaurant. the staff are all friendly, lovely, and always go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met.
